This program facilitates connections between emerging young creatives and experienced BIPOC artists and industry professionals. We intend to create a platform for knowledge exchange, skill development, and meaningful connections. Through one-on-one mentorship, participants gain valuable insights, guidance, and a sense of belonging within the local music community.
