About
The Bodies of Culture Mentorship Program is a cornerstone of BOC’s commitment to supporting BIPOC youth in the music industry. This program facilitates connections between emerging young creatives and experienced BIPOC artists and industry professionals. We intend to create a platform for knowledge exchange, skill development, and meaningful connections. Through one-on-one mentorship, participants gain valuable insights, guidance, and a sense of belonging within the local music community.
Brief Overview: The program structure includes monthly one-on-one sessions between mentors and mentees, accommodating virtual or in-person interactions based on individual preferences. The monthly sessions include discussions, skill-sharing, feedback on creative work, and goal tracking.
